Pretty but it will kill you!

So the desert here is pretty but it wants your blood! Megan slipped and sat on a bunch of prickers almost immediately. I had a few somehow eject themselves off of the ground and into my calf! And many got in hands while getting firewood. Everything looks soft and pretty but on closer inspection is sharp, hard and deadly!!
