surfing in Chiavari, and Frankie's Ristorante opens up!

Apparently it's been a 5 month dry spell for waves in Chiavari. So everyone that even thinks about surfing was out there today. All the locals, riding, watching, etc etc. Apparently I'm healing fine, so I went out too! On doctors orders I'm wearing a sling...made out of one of Dan's ties he never wears...injured and stylish, yeahhhh....

Then we went to the restaurant opening of this guy Joel who owns an american diner style (only one for like 100 miles!) place in Sestri Levante. Pretty good day all in all, especially considering the waves were perfect 6 ft high with offshore winds!!

Also, dan played violin while the DJ rocked Frankie's Ristorante!
